I wanted to do another flush this weekend (5th) and thought I'd try a 3-day juice fast beforehand.... I've had no GB symptoms since after my 1st flush (late November), so I'm quiet uneasy about the abdominal distress I'm in right now, after having nothing but apple juice this morning. Is this normal? I'm almost doubled-over with the pain, but no pain in my GB area.

Any advice welcome.
