AVOID MINERAL OIL!!! It is a petroleum product and it blocks absorption of vitamins and leaches minerals from the body!

Also, when you are including various tastes...bitter, salty, sweet, pungent, sour...the sweet flavor refers to the natural sweetness that is inherent in foods such as squash, yams, etc...not sugary sweets.
