Good Morning Wannabe!

You know, when you said you had had the gallbladder pain, but you didn't know what it is, it made me think of myself. For years, I never paid any attention to my body---I guess raising children, always having to be somebody else for so many people. It's just been the last few years that I have suddenly become "selfish" and paid attention to ME. Becoming selfish is not how it really a good work to use----it's just that I suddenly realized that we have to take care of ourselves and that's not being selfish at all. We have a body that will speak to us if we only listen.
