I did not have good experience doing a daytime flush. I ended up puking up the oil over 12 hours later and I had eaten two times after drinking the oil. I waited about 7 and a half hours to eat, then ate veggie soup...in a while I ate mung beans. The oil came up looking exactly as it did when it went down.....the only evidence of the food I had eaten was one lone pea. I did get about 25 stones out later on. Of course I will try it again during the day!
I am a glutton for punishment!
