It is so wonderful to read your message!

I've had fibromyalgia for 15 years. How were you diagnosed? I'm afraid to go down the road again of "another cure" (the SCD diet) . . I do have the book but am afraid to commit to it!

I've also have Psoriasis for years; scalp, eyelids, knees, elbows, hands. Mine is called psoriatic Arthritis because of the location of the patches and the wham of Arthritis that goes with it. I do want to start on the SCD diet. Help!
