Hi Joe! I just posted my flush up top. People always adjust the recipe to suit their personal self. If you feel that the amount of Epsom Salts was WAY to much (like me!) then just cut it in half...and do some experiments.

I know that bile is green, too. The funny thing is that when I have thrown up (and there's nothing in there to throw up) I always through up this yellow stuff...which I've always thought was 'bile'...maybe it's not! Do you know what I'm talking about?
