Hi. I use Epsom Salts in capsules and it makes the whole experience so much more tolerable. Just use the same
amount you would normally use of Epsom Salts and put them in capsules.

Also, plug nose and drink OO (Olive-Oil) mixture real quick with a straw.......you will hardly taste a thing. I usually take a sip
of some kind of juice immediately after drinking OO (Olive-Oil) while I am still plugging my nose. This is a great way to get
that taste out of your mouth before unplugging your nose.
