Do you all take only 1/2 cup oil each time? I've always taken more because half cup seems so small an amount in comparison to the 2 cups I originally drank. But now my body is saying no, I'm thinking I should do the grapefruit/oil mix and perhaps stick to the exact quantities.

Also, I liked the idea of Epsom Salts in capsules. Anyone tried it?
