I so wish it wouldn't HC but it does :( I used an herbal liquid Iron supplement called Floradix. I love that it is made from flowers and such. But even the small amount of elemental iron in it was doing me in. It's probably because I have critter problems -Lyme/Babesia- so I'm sure the extra iron helps them more than it does me.

Oddly enough, I'm not anemic (!) even though I have low iron. I'm gonna stick with this IP6, there's something to be said about it. I'm anxious to see where I am a month from now.

Barefoot's products are great - so tasty. I used his De-wormer and was practically drinking the stuff by the ounces!
