WOW-Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

did the epsom-olive-red grapefruit flush

no bowel movement until around 10am

then... out they came

5 1cm green soft, 1 2cm green soft
over 200 greep and tan colored .5cm!!!!!!!!

i feel great

will do another next month

will go to doc to ultrasound the gallbladder & hopefull
none will appear. Also will show him 5 stones to verify, and if needed get them analysed.

will post with results tomorrow.
