Ummm sorry for the latest reply in history! But I think my PH balance was 6.4 to 7.2 (most of the time acid) the second time I fasted before the fast I was 7.6 on average around 6pm. So I was much better, and still I found 5.0 ph strips and during the fast I was 5.0 after a day. Don't worry your blood is still 7.35 to 7.45.
