Hi Katie, I had my first GB attack when I was about 25 I think (I'm 33 now). I'm also thin. I think my problem is a digestive one, that I don't digest fats, they just seem to go straight through. so my Liver/GB is sluggish and the stones built up. This led to hormone imbalance. I agree with the others that you need to do a flush. You have classic symptoms of a stone stuck somewhere - probably a biliary duct. Maybe start parasite cleansing and when you feel ready do a flush a la Hulda Clark .
