Thanks Lillian. My problems are mainly caused by poor digestion so I will try the Epsom Salts every day. I know Paulette takes a tspn a day but the flush is so unpleasant that I couldn't stand the thought of taking them. I will try and maybe this will make a difference.

info on plaque is interesting too.
