I agree with Rufox. Whatever you need to do, your body will tell you if you listen. Dr. Clark recommends laying on your side. Some say pull your knees up. Some say massage your liver.

I remember reading when this cleanse was done a couple of hundred years ago, the lady that took the cleanse was made to walk ALL NIGHT LONG. She passed a lot of stones, too.
