There is a certain driving pattern that I experienced over and over again with mary jane smokers

First doing 60 on the freeway but driving like they were steering a spacecraft ;}

Next 45 and every car whizzing past then picking up the speed when it becomes dangersous onw is going so slow- lack of concentration

Do you know, in California, one can get a ticket for going to slow
