Aloha again.

I read in another post that you live off grass and sprouts etc. I was wondering, are you a juicer? If so, what juicer do you use? If not, is there a reason why you don't juice? In my brief exploration of the juicing world, I have found that I am overwhelmed with too many products to choose from, all of which have reviews that either praise them or not.

I have also read that juicers not good because of heat that kills the good stuff, that one should only blend using a special blender. I forgot to save link of the website making claim and selling the special blender and now I cannot find it.
