I'm confused. It's been a really long time since my blood Sugar got out of whack.

The last couple of days it's gone NUTS. A huge dose of C and about 150 mg of Iodine make the feeling go away but it comes right back an hour later.

I'm confused. Nothing's changed about my regimen or diet at all.
