I hadn't eaten in a long while. I had juice fasted for 2-3 days before and little food on the 4th day before. On the day of the flush, I had only some citrus juice and some apple juice. Had a 1/2 cup of herb tea just before 4:00. I was moving everything back 2 hours. But then shaved an hour off and I drank the olive oil at 11:00.

I'll report my success in a separate post.
