I had friends coming in from out of town and knew there was no way I could join everyone for a Liver Flush this weekend. But the plans have changed and they will not be in town until tomorrow evening, so I decided at the last minute to do a flush tonight. I kept my options open by eating no-fat foods all day, so here I am, a little over an hour away from drinking the olive oil/pink grapefruit mix. This is flush #5. I will report on results tomorrow, along with the other army of people doing one this weekend.
