I hung in through my month of IP6 mainly because I respect Newport's advice.

One thing I noticed near the end and now, a month later, is my blood or circulation seems to have improved. Pinker nails,heightened color in your face when you splash cold water and reddened toes in a hot bath. Things that you realize, when you see them, you used to notice when you were young but forgot about.
