Am I allowed to drink water in the morning? I'm doing Hulda Clark 's flush and the instructions do not mention water in the morning. She just says that you can drink juice 2 hours after the last dose of Epsom Salts .

Can I begin drinking water before, between, and/or after the two morning doses of Epsom Salts ?
