Hi Susan! I can't believe you're in the middle of your flush right now! I don't think you should drink a big glass of water. It might upset your stomach. Perhaps another tsp in 1/4cup of water for your heartburn? I don't think that would hurt the flush.

Hope you can get back to sleep!
