thank you Tracy! It is comforting to know that others have gone before me with no ill effect. But I think I will use only 1/2 the amount also.

I moved my fast back two hours since I tend to go to bed about midnight rather than 10 PM. So I am preparing my Epsom Salt and water for drinking at 6 Pm (EST). I prepared just 1/2 of the amount also as I suspect I will prefer using juice, so I put 1 T in 1.5 cups of water and put it into the refridgerator - a bit more than your 1 t is a cup of water. I want to see what it tastes like with cold water. Fortunately ES is not expensive, so if I can't take this, I'll just make some with grapefruit juice.

I'll let you know how it goes!
