I've been taking carrot juice for several months and have been really pleased with the wonderful results it did to my skin.

Unfortunately my recent blood work showed that I have elevated blood Sugar and with diabetes running in my family, I am seriously a candidate for diabetes.

I have since stopped taking carrot juice and noticed that my skin is not as nice as it was before. It has gotten blotchy, red, uneven.

I really would like to start taking carrot juice again but worried about my sugar. (Btw, since stopping with the carrot juice, my Sugar level is now back to normal.)

Can I drink carrot juice and then maybe drink some bitter melon tea to counteract the rise in sugar?
