Tried the Epsom Salts this morning, still no luck! I`m going to do a psyllium Bowel Cleanse for a few days. My experience with this is that it moves the stone along bit by bit. I`ve taken it for one day now and am figuring that if I keep it up long enough, the stone will eventually come out. Well, that`s what I`m hoping for anyway!
