Hi Jim, I only did the fast for about 15 days. Then the stress of the christmas season got to me and I stopped. I didn't seem to have the bowel cleansing benefits that I was supposed to have but I did have tremendous hair and nail growth. I think I might try the Water Cure along with my atkins diet to see if it's the Sea Salt that was benefiting me. I was extreemly cold while on the fast so I've decided to wait till it's warmer out before I do it again. Then when I do it I'll probably go the full 40 days. I noticed yesterday that my teenager has a whole crop of new hair coming in. I think this might be because of the zapper and liver flushes. She has done 6 of them so far.
