I understand your unwillingness to take the Epsom Salts , but drastic times-drastic measures! Here's your recipe..
One teaspoon Epsom Salts per 3/4 cup water. 2 hours later the same. You'll be moving in no time! I've done this many times before and you'll be fine. Don't eat anything about 2 hours prior to doing this. If your really worried about dehydration, then about 2 hours after your last dose load up on the water. No biggie.
