My wife got me this chinese supplement for body heat but it didn't do much so that makes me think that it may again be my thyroid or other glands because sometimes I actually feel my body heat go down,also it may be an allergy where my heat goes up with the offending foods. As far as spicy & greasy that's not my usual fare so I don't know how that'd be a factor,as a matter of fact I've heard eating spicy things actually improves the circulation which helps the body regulate it's temperature.
