Thanks, Stonehedge...I'll check out the links. I haven't started the metal cleanse yet...I've got chlorella and cilantro and also an oral chelation formula that I'm going to try. I need some dental work done, too...but it will have to wait a while.

Good thing you're feeling more energetic...with those 14 kids and all! ; )
