Hi Richard - my knees (and other joints) ache badly, it's hard for me to bend my knees sometimes.(and I'm only 45). I read your msg. and was very interested. I have some questions, how would a person know how the oil has been extracted? does it say on the bottle? Does all flaxseed oil contain PCB's, and how would I know? Also, can I purchase Omega3 oil from the local health food store, and is that what YOU use too? thank you very much. sincerely, suzie
