good luck girl i looked at your b4 pics. im with you i cannot wait to do b4 and after pics. im on youtube for my 21day fast i will be deleting those videos in feb tho.

on my 21day fast i lost 22lbs. right now im steadily losing so ill have to see its only day 5 but im trying to go til 40days which i believe ends first week of march. my energy is moderate but i cannot seem to nap cause i am always thinking so thats annoying. so ive losted about 12.2lbs so far the most ive ever lost in the beginning of a fast. i am getting rid of my scale on sunday though cause im too addicted to it. i hope to lose another 20-30lbs on this fast then spend 40days refeeding and shoppin lol
