10 years ago I owned a Real Estate Company in southern California and I specialized in Short Sales, which means the house was worth less than the loan. So I went to the bank and negotiated a short sale. The bank saves from having a bad loan and the owner is relieved of a higher debt and can in many cases buy back the home at the lesser value or have a friend or family member do that. I was the only one negotiating with the Governor. In return he would have me scrutinize the other brokers presenting their cases.

Now this was ten years ago. Since I left and I was the top in my field, I have yet to understand why this practice has not continued on a large basis. The banks do not want to have bad loans on their books and the house owner wants their home. But as things get worse and the economy gets worse everyone gets scared and instead of talking they merely stay quiet. sometimes the best solution is working things out and the bank will help.

I find this the case in many personal problems also, like in my case for instance. People assume because I am a Muslim I am different but the truth is I am just an American with a few beliefs different than joe blow. We all believe in God and we all want to have peace. I would hope that this discussion here today shows the commararity of the curezone community for its most beloved friend.
