Thanks for all the info. My 80 yr old mom has osteo really badly. It's got her so bent over she has trouble eating and breathing. Getting my dad to help her go natural is difficult, let alone she doesn't have money for like, several supplements.
What do you think would help her the most?
Also, have you researched red maca at all on this?
I read some testimonials about it.
