I am mainly eliminating sugar from my diet (including fruits) and limiting my carbs. I am trying to see how different foods (like cereal, for example) affect me (foods that some people consider to be problem foods). I might try out fruits in the future, since some people say certain fruits are okay. I might also see how "cheating" on the diet every once in a while affects me, since candida diets are pretty bland.
