My Godmom is the one that got me started.
She sent me a bottle of Lugol's and said:

1 drop the first day, 2 drops the second day, 3 drops the third day and so on until I reached a half dropper. Then she suggested I stay there for a bit and when I went up that five drop increments were a good idea.

It was a good plan. It worked. I've ingested 60-350 mg/day for 8 months. When I do higher doses, I do them for a few weeks and go back down. But - I feel a great deal of benefit when I stay at about 40 drops/day. I think I'm going to stay there for a while. I know I'm killing some low level stuff and it just might take a while.
