No green tea. Look I know you have financial problems like me so do what you can. If you can juice grapefruit, which is extremely cheap. Then eat the fruit of your choice for supper and then if you don't have fruit you can have extra juice. It is not necessary to do the whole thing. Just do what you can. Green Tea has caffene.

Try to get some olive oil, that is necessary to keep your liver in good shape and keep the constipation to a minimum.
