I will definitely keep that in mind, thank you Chris.

I have yet a lot to learn, and plan on just taking it one day at a time, one meal at a time.

My biggest hurdle is educating myself on exactly what the body needs nutritionally, and making sure I apply those needs in my daily diet.

It's a learning process, and I am surely willing to learn :)
