Drinking the oil almost always sends me to the bathroom. I tried to wait longer till I took the oil (so that I would sit still longer) but didn't have as good of results when I did that. I've had success with all my flushes so moving around doesn't seem to matter much. Getting to sleep does seem to help though. I usually wait to go to sleep till about two hours after the oil to make sure it's all settled and I also prop myself up because lieing down seems to make me feel worse.
