I agree, I'll be 34 in a few months, and I will also be following a more plant based diet after my fast. I'm excited really.

I gave up beef and pork some time ago. But continued eating seafoods and some chicken. Chicken is out and I'll be working on the seafoods as well.

I'll be proud to say i am working towards a vegetarian diet :)
