It would be great if some momentum could be built from this. My recipe is new in the sense of combining the correct oil with the herbs. Another aspect is using only freshly grated herbs, or super strong tinctures of the same.

The Budwig diet appears to focus on anabolic imbalances while not realizing there can be catabolic imbalances. That can lower the chances for success.
