Hey Tracey!

Thanks for the advise, I think I actually will look into those chinese bitters. Out of curiosity, why are you looking into them if you are doing the flushes? Does it help with the flushes? I read that it helps get the liver ready for flushes, but I thought you were well under way as far as flushes went.

Oh! By the way, I am actually 27 but Chad is 35. He also happens to have eczema on his elbows. Any ideas what causes this?
