7 years is a long time to be on supplements for adrenal fatigue. Normally I would expcet you not to be any supplement or minimal supplements by this time. I dont know your starting point but that is just an alert for you. As far as B are concern,it is not the only or the most important. Due to it stimulatory and nervous system involvement, in some cases, you can have skin and neurological involvement. There is some missing pieces here. I have a feeling there is something else going on. I don't know what other supplements you are taking, sometimes there could be reactions triggered by various supplements in combination.
