Our church has a children's home that came up with a program to help pregnant women and their babies. Of course it does not pay for the actual pregnacy or birth but it gives the mother and child a place to live for a while and supports her by giving her classes in caring for her child and teaching how to make it out in the world.

So perhaps as individuals we may not be able to take in a mother and her child but we can most definitely give of our time or money to help such organizations that help show the love and acceptance of all people.
