Thank you gleendeek, thats what I had told her. I really hope she takes my advice. I have also cut those things out of my diet. It's hard to make someone understand how much better they will feel once they do break those addictions, especially if they are set in thinking they "Just HAVE to have my coffee and Sugar in the morning to get started!"
