Hi Raider! If the cold moves into your chest/lungs, pears are really good medicine. Cut the pears in half, scoop out the inside pit/string parts, put some raisins in the depression, some cinnamon & a dribble of maple syrup if you want to..and bake them in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes until they're nice and baked. You can eat as many as you'd like. Very good for lung/brochial healing.
