Hi everyone! I hope your holidays were nice. I've completed two more flushes since last I posted. The one immediatly following the ultimate fast was disapointing and did nothing to relieve my symptoms. The one I completed this week was very successful with a complete relief of the old symptoms which had been trying to come back. I can't wait till they are gone for good and I can just do periodic cleansing. I passed a lot of dark blackish green stones some of which must have been calcified since they didn't float.

I'm heading back into my atkins diet to lose the last 30 pounds and I want to strictly stick to it for purely vanity reasons. So I'm wanting to try and design a low carb version. The two grapefruits would only be 20 carbs but I'm trying to think of a way to keep the carbs for the rest of the day low without feeling sluggish all day or having a Sugar drop. Any suggestions? I need to keep the rest of the day under ten carbs. Has anyone tried using just the oil without the grapefruits for the flush? I can't help but feel it would work just as well since it would cause the liver to secrete a ton of bile. Probably extreemly disgusting to do but I would appreciate some feedback on whether anyone thinks this would work. If I throw up no big deal (as long as it works) I just don't want to have to spend three days going back into ketosis after the flush.

Any feedback appreciated,
Lisa
