Hi Mo,
I am SO sorry to hear about feeling crappy.....trust me, I know, because I am in your shoes right now too! It too, also hit me like a MAC truck.

Here is a tip my naturopath gave me.
He told me to take some vitamin E oil or other oil and rub it into the sinus area and/or the throat and chest area. Then slice up a clove of garlic and rub it into those areas. He said it will clear things up. It seems to be working for me!
