Hi gadgie,
Your question: Hi
Going to try an ACV enema for the first time. Have been looking through some posts but cant find any info on how much ACV in how much water. Had a bad experience with Molkosan enema couple of years ago as I used too much and was sore for a few weeks after.
Also can someone clarify if you should have a water only enema immediately after ACV enema.
Oh and do you need to hold the ACV enema in for a while or do you expel immediately.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Gadfie
Answer: Use warm water and you may start out by adding a couple of tablespoonsful of ACV to the water you decide to use?
Fill the enema bag with the warm water and add the ACV as you fill?
The more ACV you use the Faster it will make you go sit on the pot and the Less time you will be able to Hold it inside of yourself !
The longer you can hold it while laying down giving yourself the enema may allow it to soak into more of your colon, but as I have said the more ACV used the Less time you will be able to hold it !
After trying a couple tablespoonsfull you may want to use more or less the next time, depending upon how it works for you?
There is no need to flush with clear water after !
Smile Tis your choice.
