Man I feel like a mack truck hit me.

I know I should of been doing this from the start of this darn thing but I started 2 hours ago and am going to take 1 teaspoon of buffered powder Vit C every hour all day. Do you think its to late or will it still help me?
I wish just taking twice a day for the past week or so. if even that.

I do not like feeling like this. My son is having a big party here tonight and I will have approx 30 ..13 &14 yrs old..Yikes wish me luck and say alittle prayer for me tonight.. I gotta go get back to getting ready for the party.
