You could be recirculating hormones or toxic metals such as mercury if you have too much of them in your body.

Some people do best on sublingual drops - I'm one of them. I'd say do 2 or 3 drops under the tongue on arising and not necessarily increase that. Some people are better off to not increase UT [I'm one of them].
